Partners are not getting up-to-date/valid data for customer activations. This wrong data leads to insufficient view to activation within the customer base and possibly wrong end user communication (e.g. reaching out to customers that have already activated the product).

Which partners are impacted:

Our understanding is that these affected partners are in the Nordics, probably less than 5

Cause has been identified and the estimated time for the fix to be sent is early next week (week 20).
