All of our End Point Protection products, incl. F-Secure Computer Protection, Server Protection, Client Security, F-SECURE SAFE and others.
During the outage Cloud Protection for Salesforce, Cloud Protection for Office 365 and F-Secure SAFE for Android / Mobile Security could not complete file scanning, but could still detect known malicious content based on content reputation analysis. Our End Point Protection products maintained high levels of security via other security layers, but may have experienced more false positives during the outage.
We recommend the following actions:
Cloud Protection for Salesforce - Perform a manual scan from the Cloud Protection App under Administration -> Manual scan
Cloud Protection for Office 365 - no action needed. Messages queued and scanning retried.
F-Secure SAFE for Android / Mobile Security for Android - Perform a manual scan from Antivirus -> Scan now
